Privacy Policy

Your editing work is processed on your device. Optional AI features send the content needed for your request to your chosen AI provider. Microsoft handles Store purchases.

1. Scope and publisher

This policy covers the Microsoft Store version of SVG Animator Pro for Windows, published by Jimmy Nguyen (Store ID: 9N5N761JTC9C). It also explains visits to this policy page and support communications. Other distributions may have different data practices.

2. Local editing and storage

SVG files, images, animation tracks and project content are processed locally for ordinary editing, previewing and exporting. These features do not upload your project to the publisher. Exported files are saved where you choose.

The app uses local WebView storage for settings such as your AI provider and model, AI usage count, and recent project or export names. Project content stays in the running editor unless you save it. This version does not provide automatic cloud backup.

3. Optional AI features

When you request AI generation, image analysis, SVG optimization, animation generation or map information, the app sends your prompt, relevant SVG content and any image needed for the request to the configured provider: Google Gemini, OpenAI or OpenRouter. Image generation and map features currently require Google Gemini. A map query can contain a place you enter; the app does not automatically obtain your device's GPS location.

Your API key is sent to the provider to authenticate requests. Providers also receive network information such as your IP address when you connect. OpenRouter can route your request to the model provider you choose. Providers may process or retain requests under their own terms and privacy policies, and may charge for use. Review their policies before sending personal or confidential information. You can edit and export without using AI.

4. API key handling

In the Windows Store version, new AI API keys are kept in application memory for the current session instead of being saved to localStorage. Closing the app ends that session. Clear the key in Settings and save to remove the active key. If an older version saved a key in localStorage, this version attempts to move it into the current session and remove the stored copy when local storage is accessible.

5. Purchases and licensing

Microsoft Store handles your Microsoft account and payment for the Pro add-on. The app reads the active add-on entitlement to enable Pro and offers Restore purchases to check the entitlement again. The app does not receive your payment card details. This Store version does not use the publisher's web license server or run imported JavaScript extensions.

Microsoft processes Store and Windows service data under the Microsoft Privacy Statement.

6. Analytics, this page and support

The current Store version does not include publisher-operated advertising, analytics or automatic project-upload services. This policy page uses no JavaScript, analytics scripts, forms or third-party fonts. It is hosted on Cloudflare, which may process visitor connection information under its privacy policy. External links open services with their own policies.

If you email support, Jimmy Nguyen receives your email address, message and any attachments you send. This information is used to answer your request, investigate reported problems and maintain relevant support records. Do not send API keys, passwords or payment details. Support correspondence is kept as needed to handle your request and related follow-up or legal obligations; you can request deletion by email.

7. Your choices and deletion

You can avoid AI, clear your API key, and delete project or exported files from your device. Clearing the app's WebView/profile data removes stored settings and names. Uninstalling does not delete files you saved outside the app's data area. Local deletion does not delete information already processed by Microsoft, Cloudflare or an AI provider; use their controls or contact them for those requests. Contact the publisher about support correspondence or other privacy questions.

Chính sách áp dụng cho SVG Animator Pro bản Microsoft Store trên Windows, do Jimmy Nguyen phát hành (Store ID: 9N5N761JTC9C), cùng việc truy cập trang chính sách và liên hệ hỗ trợ. Kênh phát hành khác có thể có cách xử lý dữ liệu khác.

2. Chỉnh sửa và lưu trữ cục bộ

SVG, hình ảnh, animation và nội dung project được xử lý trên thiết bị khi chỉnh sửa, xem trước và xuất thông thường. Các thao tác này không tải project lên máy chủ của nhà phát hành. File xuất được lưu tại vị trí bạn chọn.

Ứng dụng dùng bộ nhớ lưu trữ cục bộ của WebView cho lựa chọn nhà cung cấp/mô hình AI, số lượt dùng AI và tên project/file xuất gần nhất. Nội dung project nằm trong editor đang chạy cho đến khi bạn lưu. Phiên bản này chưa có tự động sao lưu lên đám mây.

3. AI tùy chọn

Khi yêu cầu AI tạo nội dung, phân tích ảnh, tối ưu SVG, tạo animation hoặc tra cứu bản đồ, ứng dụng gửi prompt, phần SVG liên quan và ảnh cần thiết tới Google Gemini, OpenAI hoặc OpenRouter theo cấu hình. Tạo ảnh và bản đồ hiện yêu cầu Google Gemini. Truy vấn bản đồ có thể chứa địa điểm bạn nhập; ứng dụng không tự lấy vị trí GPS của thiết bị.

API key được gửi tới nhà cung cấp để xác thực. Nhà cung cấp cũng nhận thông tin kết nối như địa chỉ IP. OpenRouter có thể chuyển yêu cầu tới nhà cung cấp mô hình bạn chọn. Các dịch vụ có thể xử lý/lưu nội dung và tính phí theo điều khoản riêng. Hãy xem chính sách của họ trước khi gửi thông tin cá nhân hoặc bí mật. Bạn có thể chỉnh sửa và xuất mà không dùng AI.

4. API key

Bản Store giữ API key mới trong bộ nhớ của phiên ứng dụng, không ghi vào localStorage. Đóng app sẽ kết thúc phiên. Xóa key trong Settings rồi lưu để bỏ key đang dùng. Nếu bản cũ đã lưu key vào localStorage, bản này cố gắng chuyển key sang phiên hiện tại và xóa bản lưu khi có quyền truy cập storage.

5. Mua Pro và license

Microsoft Store xử lý tài khoản Microsoft và thanh toán add-on Pro. Ứng dụng đọc quyền add-on đang hoạt động để mở Pro; Restore purchases kiểm tra lại quyền. App không nhận thông tin thẻ thanh toán. Bản Store không dùng license server web của nhà phát hành và không chạy extension JavaScript nhập ngoài. Xem chính sách Microsoft.

6. Thống kê, trang này và hỗ trợ

Bản Store hiện tại không tích hợp dịch vụ quảng cáo, thống kê hành vi hoặc tự động tải project do nhà phát hành vận hành. Trang chính sách không dùng JavaScript, mã thống kê, biểu mẫu hoặc font bên ngoài. Cloudflare lưu trữ website và có thể xử lý thông tin kết nối theo chính sách Cloudflare. Các liên kết ngoài thuộc dịch vụ có chính sách riêng.

Khi bạn gửi email hỗ trợ, Jimmy Nguyen nhận địa chỉ email, nội dung và file đính kèm. Dữ liệu được dùng để trả lời, xử lý lỗi và lưu hồ sơ hỗ trợ liên quan. Không gửi API key, mật khẩu hoặc thông tin thanh toán. Email được giữ trong thời gian cần để xử lý yêu cầu, trao đổi liên quan hoặc nghĩa vụ pháp lý; bạn có thể yêu cầu xóa qua email.

7. Lựa chọn và xóa dữ liệu

Bạn có thể không dùng AI, xóa API key và xóa project/file xuất trên thiết bị. Xóa dữ liệu WebView/profile của app sẽ bỏ cài đặt và tên file đã lưu. Gỡ app không xóa file bạn lưu ngoài vùng dữ liệu ứng dụng. Xóa cục bộ không xóa dữ liệu đã được Microsoft, Cloudflare hoặc nhà cung cấp AI xử lý; dùng công cụ hoặc liên hệ của họ cho các yêu cầu đó. Liên hệ nhà phát hành về email hỗ trợ hoặc câu hỏi quyền riêng tư.

8. Cập nhật và liên hệ

Trang này sẽ được cập nhật khi cách xử lý dữ liệu thay đổi. Ngày ở đầu trang là ngày sửa gần nhất.
